A custom web platform unifying inventory, orders, and storefront for a multi-location retailer.

Northwind ran three disconnected systems for inventory, POS, and online orders, causing constant stock mismatches.

We built a single web platform with a shared data layer, custom admin tooling, and a public storefront on top of it.

Stock discrepancies dropped and the team now manages every location from one dashboard.
